A static rock separator (also called a grizzly) is a heavy-duty frame with steel bars spaced to allow fine material — like soil, sand, and small gravel — to fall through, while larger rocks and debris stay on top. Unlike trommel screens, there are no moving parts, making them virtually maintenance-free.
It depends on your loader size: the LR8 and MR10 are ideal for skid steers and compact loaders, the TR6 works great with mid-size wheel loaders, and the HD is designed for larger wheel loaders and high-production operations.
